Description
FULL DESCRIPTION
Our marrone is characterized by a peel that comes off easily from the fruit and is a reddish brown in color with marked darker streaks. The pulp is sweet and tasty with an external surface almost completely free of grooves.
The harvest is done by hand in October in our IGP and organic certified marroni groves in Castel del Rio.
All the processes are carried out on the farm using a short supply chain, zero-miles, from harvesting to sorting, processing, and packaging. This ensures the excellent quality of our marroni and complete respect for the environment, also using renewable energy.
With a very sweet and intense flavor, the marrone is rich in protein, fiber, and vitamins
Il Regno del Marrone farm is a guarantee of goodness and organic quality.
